Amniotic fluid embolism occurrence12/12/2023 After hysterectomy, she was transferred to the ICU with intubation. At last, her bleeding was controlled, and the blood pressure became stable without norepinephrine administration. Embolization of the right internal pudendal artery and cervicovaginal branches of the right uterine artery was performed. However, the second interventional radiology (IVR) was required to control bleeding from the vagina. The fibrinogen level increased above 100 mg/dL after hysterectomy. The time from the start of surgery to hysterectomy was 11 min. In spite of those treatments, her bleeding was uncontrollable and obstetrics team decided to perform total hysterectomy, and the patient was transferred to the operating room. Red blood concentrates (RBCs) and fresh frozen plasma (FFP) were transfused using a rapid infusion system. Uterine artery embolization was performed at radiology department. Besides administering low-dose noradrenaline, an occlusion balloon was inserted into the descending aorta. We ruled out pulmonary embolism because the central venous pressure was 5 mmHg. She was orotracheally intubated, and a central venous and a radial artery catheter was inserted. We started treatment based on a suspicious diagnosis of AFE due to sudden decrease of plasma fibrinogen level and uncontrollable bleeding from a needle hole. At 30 min after the delivery, the total bleeding amount reached 3100 mL, and the blood pressure was decreased to 72/43 mmHg, shock index increased to 2, and SpO 2 decreased to 86%. We started to transfuse red blood cells and placed an intrauterine (Bakri®) balloon. Blood pressure was 112/89 mmHg, heart rate was 80 beats per minute, shock index was 1, and total amount of bleeding was 2800 mL at that time. Total delivery time was 2 h and 39 min (second stage of labor duration was 22 min).Īfter an episiotomy, a large amount of bleeding from the uterus was observed, and the obstetric physician suspected it as postpartum atony. Patient delivered a female infant weighing 2468 g with an Apgar score of 7/8. There were no major complications until fetal bradycardia (80–90 beats per minute) occurred, which prompted the obstetric physician to go for vacuum extraction delivery. Due to polyhydramnios, pinhole amniotomy was performed at cervix dilation of 3 cm. Then, the labor analgesia was managed by programmed intermittent epidural bolus with 0.1% ropivacaine and fentanyl 2 mcg/mL was set at 8 mL with a 60-min interval. A catheter was introduced into the epidural space at cervix dilatation of 4 cm. ![]() The combined spinal-epidural block was placed at 元-L4 level, and 1.5 mg 0.5% isobaric bupivacaine with fentanyl 15 mcg was administered into the subarachnoid space. A 39-year-old, gravida 2, para 1, Japanese woman (158 cm/56.8 kg) with fetal congenital heart anomaly and polyhydramnios was scheduled for induction of delivery at 37 weeks of gestation.

Airpods max pink12/12/2023 ![]() Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2Īpple Watch Ultra (left) vs. We'll have to wait until the 12th to find out. Such a hardware addition would be a first for Apple, and the iPhone's action button would be for more-phone-oriented tasks like shortcuts or triggering the camera shutter. Bloomberg's Gurman mentioned the possibility nearly a year ago, but that should be taken with a grain of salt since more recently Gurman hasn't brought it up.Īnother up-in-the-air rumor comes by the way of MacRumors, which found code in a beta version of iOS 17 that describes functionality for an action button like the one on the Apple Watch Ultra. The first is that the iPhone 15 Pro Max may be rebranded as the iPhone 15 Ultra. There are a couple of rumors that have been circulating despite being a bit dated or unlikely. Back in 2018, the HTC U12 had solid-state buttons instead of mechanical ones however, the experience using them wasn't great. The buttons wouldn't be mechanical and would be more akin to the touch sensitive area that debuted on the iPhone 7 and acts like a "home button" thanks to some clever haptic feedback. ![]() Kuo's report also hints at both Pro models having solid-state volume and power buttons, which would further differentiate them from the regular 15 and 15 Plus. Apple is rumored to be doing the same on its iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. Instead there were nubs where buttons would normally go that were touch sensitive.

My 5 day blueprint juice cleanse whole foods12/12/2023 I decided since I was a first-timer, I would treat myself to a half of an avocado. I knew it was just something I had to wait out like a food craving, but the hunger was lasting much longer than the day before, and the Green Juice just wasn’t cutting it.īluePrint does have a “cheat sheet” on their website with celery, cucumber, avocado, and black coffee. The good thing about doing these at home, and maybe it was because I was making smoothies and not juices, was that I had a lot of leftover juice every time I followed the recipe, so I’d just stick the juices in the fridge for later.Īround the same time as yesterday, between the Spicy Lemonade and the second Green Juice, I became hangry again. Besides dreading the preparation, I drank my green juice happily as I watched the morning news. I woke up not starving and actually feeling good about myself. ![]() I was honestly a little nervous it wouldn’t yield the same results, but figured not eating anything except for ground up kale, celery, and beets couldn’t hurt. The only real difference between my DIY cleanse and BluePrint’s was that I had a blender and there was no way to create a “cold-pressed juice” out of my ingredients. BluePrint’s 3-day cleanse costs $195.00 I got all of the groceries I needed from Trader Joe’s for $35, and they lasted me for the entire 3 days with some to spare. I decided I wanted to try BluePrint’s Renovation Cleanse program and found copycat recipes for all the juices they offer online. Being the broke college student that I am, I decided I would do the 3-day juice cleanse by making them myself. However, I also found that 3-day juice cleanse programs run anywhere from $140–$200. Also, since the cleanses claim to supplement your body with all the nutrition it really needs, it seemed like a moderately healthy option compared to some others (yes, I did consider the taco cleanse). Most of us have heard of the juice cleanse trend by now and, after some Googling, I found a girl who did it and lost three pounds in three days, which seemed acceptable by my standards.

App tamer for mac12/11/2023 ![]() Does Microsoft cause this constant background CPU usage because essential (such as auto recover?) processes are taking place, or is it just a byproduct of sloppy, unoptimized coding? To be fair with the auto recovery example, however, I have empirically found it to be quite unreliable (unfortunately in the hard way). Now, I'm wondering if there are any unforeseen disadvantages of doing this. As a matter of fact, one of the default rules seems to do this when you install App Tamer! ![]() stone drops or QSP dont even barely help. I literally have been using optimized stone management for the past 48 hours real time and id guess i have to survive doing this another 3 weeks or so. but it just exposes the flaw that much more. Yeah if you dont start yourself on a super easy map, this may not happen. I could literally build a whole other fort with all the stone. Got about 30 more floors with over 1k stone each. Yes I get he wanted it to be 'realistic' but the fact is, I just had to have a dwarven child defeat a firebreathing titan because for the next 20 years my dwarves will be moving stone even if they run out of food trying to do it. as far as im concerned, the game was more balanced just allowing you to haul stone full speed without puking in older versions. Quantum stockpiles shouldnt exist, nor need to exist. Stone management does NOT make the game fun since no matter how you 'deal' with it you have to break the game and do obtuse, arbitrary crap. What the game needs is to dump the QSP mechanic completely and let the hammerer or stone mason simply choose to 'smash' the rock and lose the resource to get rid of it immediately. The only problem i have is that if you use a map with huge amounts of minerals generated, even quantum stockpiles can take days for a floor and there isnt even room to install a bed or door since basically every other rock is a crystal or gem. But then I've never had a problem with bins either, and they way people talk you'd think bins are completely broken, so. So I guess I don't really see the current situation as especially problematic or burdensome. If I've deconstructed a large scaffolding system and have logs lying everywhere, then I just mass designate to dump, then mass claim them from the dump. As long as my carpenter has logs in his stockpile a few steps away, the hundreds of other logs can sit on the ground. The haulers keep it full, and my masons don't have far to walk to get stone. ![]() I usually have a small (3圆) standard stone stockpile next to my mason shops for them to pull from. Once all the stone is cleaned up, delete the dump zone and mass claim the tile. If I need to clean the stones out of an area, say for living quarters, I just make a 1-tile dump and mass designate the cleanup area to dump. I feel like one of two things should happen:ġ) rebalance the game systems so that QSPs are no longer possible to createĢ) change the way stockpiles work so that a QSP is the "default" kind of stockpile and it can be created with fewer clicks for example, create a 3x3 "workshop" style building that can store an unlimited number of objects Experienced players are going through a lot of tedium to create more efficient stockpiles, and new players are being left with the impression that you'll just never have enough space to store all your leftover stone. This doesn't seem like an ideal situation in terms of gameplay balance. It's even worse without DFHack, because you have to get it right the first time or potentially need to dismantle and rebuild the track stop. However, setting up a QSP is tedious and fiddly. It's just so much more efficient than digging out a 50x50 area for storing rough stone that takes up one square per object. Is there anyone who isn't using a series of quantum stockpiles in their fortress, especially for objects like stone?Įver since I figured out how to make a QSP using the minecart system, I've been using minecart-based QSPs exclusively. Old elk bourbon delivery12/11/2023 ![]() In a cocktail glass, combine Old Elk Bourbon, lemon juice, and hot apple cider. Old Elk Bourbon is currently made from three different distilleries in Indiana, New York, and Colorado, but it will be exclusively produced at Old Elk Distillery in the future.Ĭurt Richardson is the founder of Old Elk Distillery, the founder, chairman, and CEO of Otter Products, LLC, and the co-founder and chairman of Blue Ocean Enterprises, Inc. However, I am not discouraged by this because Greg will be releasing a new range of products within the next couple of years. There are no flaws in balance, a thin body, and a light watery feel. Now that the food industry is becoming more globalized, how does it taste and smell? Can you find out if you can get Old Elk blended straight Bourbon? Greg Metze, a native of Kansas, makes Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon from aged whiskey aged in various climates and then distilled by him. There are no restrictions on how Old Elk Bourbon can be described as Straight Bourbon Whiskey, except that the whiskey used in the blend is not from the same state as the bourbon used. This mashbill has a unique mashbill quality because most bourbons have a 4-6% alcohol content. A mashbill containing 34% malted barley is used in bourbon, as is the mashbill that produces a mashbill containing an insane amount of malted barley. Old Elk blended Straight Bourbon is made in Fort Collins, Colorado, by the Old Elk Distillery. The result is a smooth, well-rounded bourbon with a deep amber color and a rich, complex flavor. Old Elk is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients and traditional methods of production. The company was founded in 2011 by husband and wife team, Mimi and Joe Heron. ![]() Old Elk Bourbon is a small-batch, craft bourbon whiskey produced in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Call capital one banking12/11/2023 ![]() Until then, just keep your receipts and check on it when you get home. Maybe someday these finanicial instutions promises and service will actually catch up with their market. Sorry you're going through this, but just know you're not alone. Card still works, but the supposed online service doesn't. And you have no way of knowing until you get there and find out the problem. Whoever designed their new programs just defaulted to 10-digit numbers which really doesn't allow for a number outside the USA and Canada. Most of my credit card companies can send a text to a non-USA number, but some can't. Sometimes their are ways to work around it. I've had companies that I used for years with no problems till they "updated" their system, and then suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Their computers just notice a different IP address and automatically send the message. I live overseas and I get this message all the time from lots of different companies, even though in many cases I had things set up with the company before I left the USA. Micky, you're not the only one who gets the message and it isn't just on CapitalOne. They may be shekels but they still put a dollar sign in front of it! ![]() ![]() Two good things: A) The card seems to work everywhere, and quickly, B) They give the amount charged in shekels, the conversion rate that day, and the dollar amount, BUT the Israeli price is given $99nis. So there is nothing I can do to get online access between now and when I get home. except they didn't say that when I signed up. When I finally reach them they say I should have installed the app and had them load it before I left t he US. No request for my number so they can call me. Twice they hang up on me, because they say the connection is bad. I can call the US with my Israeli phone, but I don't know that everyone can, especially an 800 number. (Well, I have the phone but it's USA number isn't working.) Except that the cell phone in question is in the USA and I'm here. And they give two choices, calling me on my cell phone or texting my cell phone. It says We've noticed something strange about your login, so we went to send you a code. Capital One has been advertising this heavily for years (even though now all the banks have a card like that.) So I got one and I try to log into my account from Israel. I'm from the US and I was encouraged to get a car that doesn't charge for converting foreign currency.

Astro a50 wireless12/11/2023 ![]() Fortunately, the dial is not very sensitive, so you have to be really deliberate about deafening yourself. If you keep spinning the dial, these things get loud. Astro says it’s to keep you from deafening yourself, and I can believe it. ![]() The right headphone has a free-spinning volume dial that resets itself to a low level every time the headset is turned on. Headphone features The controls on the right earpiece are easy to operate without looking. This is a firmware problem that Astro has acknowledged it says an update is on the way soon to address the issue. It’s not all that distracting when playing a game, but obvious and annoying when listening to music or watching a movie. The little blip occurs once every few minutes. On occasion, the audio will sipmly cut out for a split-second. This may be the best wireless audio technology I’ve ever used, save for one little snag… In my experience, they needed recharging every 8-10 hours, depending on how loud I cranked them up, which is reasonable. Astro says the battery should last 12 hours or more, but I found this optimistic. There is absolutely no perceptible latency or delay in the sound, either. I found the wireless connection extremely robust, with a nice long range (at least 25 feet in my small apartment) and absolutely no interference from other wireless devices, bad wiring in my old building, running the microwave…you name it. A handful of wireless audio products already use KleerNet, with others on the way, and the A50s can be easily synced to any of them. The base transmits audio to the headset using the KleerNet 5.8GHz wireless audio technology. There’s optical and USB, and an auxiliary analog input. You don’t get a lot of connection options. ![]() The headphones translate 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound into Dolby Headphone, which does a remarkably good job of “faking” directional audio with just a pair of headphones. On the top of the base unit is a power button and a button to enable/disable Dobly 7.1 audio. (If your PC/Mac has no optical output, the unit functions as a generic USB headset, with audio input and output through USB.) There’s an auxilliary 1/8-inch plug for analog audio, too. It’s powered via USB, and on a PC or Mac that USB connection serves as the mic input, too. It all starts with the base unit: a simple, lightweight black box with a TOSLink optical input and output so the sound can come from your PC or console system and continue on to your home theater system or TV. Wireless tech The base unit couldn’t be simpler: power button, Dolby button, and that’s it.
